EnSMART EMS process as mentioned below.
- Retro-Commissioning – Our energy experts will interview the plant managers and other key stakeholders to understand the key problem and undergo a detailed site survey to study the current process.
- Upon studying the plant operation process and understanding the load particulars, EnSMART-MS solution will be tailored to suit the plant’s application.
- EnSMART-MS will be used to record and analyze the data for 12 weeks and the data will be brainstormed and processed using EnSMART Analytical tool.
- Based on the available information following corrective actions will be taken by us.

- Recommending Zero / Low-Cost changes in the plant to save energy
- Upgrading Air Distribution system.
